Inside A Night of INGLOT Precision with Bibyonce, Courtesy Mirrors Beauty

Some evenings are loud by design. This one was not.
On an intimate Thursday night in Lagos, Mirrors Beauty convened a room of thirty choice guests for A Night of INGLOT Precision with Bibyonce, an evening conceived not as spectacle, but as a statement experience. A moment of pause. A return to craft. A reintroduction of INGLOT Cosmetics to Nigeria, exactly as it deserves to be encountered, through a proudly African lens of discipline, artistry, and cultural fluency.

Hosted as an intimate fine‑dining experience, from the outset, the intention was clear: to offer comfort without complacency, luxury without excesses, and a beauty conversation grounded in substance.

Every element of the unmistakably elite evening reflected Mirrors Beauty’s conviction that African beauty deserves experiences built with intelligence, respect, and depth.

Feyisola played host to a fantastic guest lineup of beauty tastemakers, artists, and influencers from Ify Okoye and Zita Oloruntola, to Egbon Olamide, Daala Oruwari, and many more.
Guests arrived dressed in Opulent Noir, the evening’s style language of modern black-tie silhouettes softened by refined textures and subtle accents. The mood was confident, elegant, and unmistakably Lagos.

The setting mirrored the ethos with clean lines, thoughtful lighting, and nothing clamouring for attention. Prestige was here expressed through calm assurance.

As guests settled in, the room came alive with easy conversations, captured in candid portraits, shared laughter, and those quiet in-between moments that define a truly luxe gathering.

Why INGLOT, Why Now?
In her remarks, Mirrors Beauty Founder and CEO Muinat Kosoko spoke beyond nostalgia to alignment.

INGLOT is a global legacy brand built on precision, science-led formulation, professional performance, and creative freedom that respects individuality.
Its modular systems, pigment-first philosophy, and long-wear formulas were never designed for trend cycles, but for real artistry and real life. In a market that is growing more discerning by the day, that matters.

African beauty consumers are no longer asking whether some brand is available. We are asking whether it works. Whether it understands our climate, skin tone, and context. Whether it respects intelligence.
INGLOT answers those questions well.

The Heart of the Evening Was a 'Bibyonce Experience' with INGLOT
The evening’s centrepiece unfolded with a live artistry demonstration by celebrated makeup artist Blessing "Bebe" Omagbemi, Founder of Studio Bibyonce.

Working on the gorgeous night's muse, model Laura Ajayi, Bibyonce translated INGLOT’s technical precision into expressive, Afrocentric, wearable glamour. Each step was intentional. Each product choice was deliberate.

From the cult-favourite INGLOT Gel Liners to the multi-purpose INGLOT Pencils and richly pigmented formulas activated for longevity and control, guests were given a close look at why INGLOT has remained a staple in professional kits across the world, and why it performs exceptionally on Black skin.

Between courses of a refined menu, guests explored INGLOT products firsthand, testing textures, finishes, and wear in real time. Conversations moved naturally between artistry, formulation, and the evolving expectations of modern beauty lovers.
Precision didn’t need to be explained at length. It revealed itself. Watch the recap here.
